*Chiropractic joint manipulations and adjustments involve specific application of a gentle thrust to affected joints resulting in increased pain-free range of motion. Often times there is an audible popping sound which is gas released within the joint capsule.

Mitchell graduated from the University of Alberta with a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy. Prior to this, he completed a bachelor’s degree of Health and Physical Education at Mount Royal University. Having been involved with sports his whole life including playing football, hockey, ultimate frisbee, golf, biking and running, and understands the frustration from being held back by an injury. Mitchell’s goal for his patients is to get them back to their normal activities with confidence, and with a reduced risk of re-injury. Mitchell has big interest in knee injuries (especially ACL injuries for which he holds certifications in advanced care). Mitchell has taken additional education courses in Sports Rehabilitation, Knee injuries, Shoulder injuries, Strength and Conditioning, and much much more.

Bryan graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2012. His professional focus has been on manual lymphatic drainage and myofascial techniques. He also has a lot of experience in fitness leadership and biomechanics.

Kailey grew up in 100 Mile House, BC, where she developed a strong connection to rural communities and the outdoors. After earning her Bachelor’s in Human Kinetics from UBC Okanagan, she graduated from the northern cohort of the Master of Physical Therapy program at UBC.

Driven by a passion for helping others regain mobility and improve their quality of life, Kailey focuses on evidence-based treatments tailored to each individual’s needs. By combining education, hands-on therapy, and movement strategies, she creates personalized plans that promote long-term health and recovery.

Now settled in the beautiful South Okanagan, Kailey is excited to begin her physiotherapy career and support her community in getting back to doing the things they love pain-free and with confidence. Denis started his massage therapy practice in 2009 after graduating from The West Coast College of Massage. His passion for massage was born while working through his own injuries, and supporting friends and family through their physical challenges. Since becoming a therapist, Denis has worked extensively with standard and complex orthopaedic conditions, concussions, pregnancies as well as the stressors of everyday life, chronic neck, back and pelvic issues.

He strives to find daily activities that will benefit you, the client, which can also be integrated with ease. Denis’s passion for understanding his clients’ needs and exploring new models of therapy, have allowed him to find a variety of ways for clients to integrate activity into their lives.

Gemma has worked with a wide range of patients including pre and post total hip and knee replacements, osteoporosis and ICBC injuries.
