She achieved her RMT designation in 2018, and now incorporates those prenatal, athletic, and gastrointestinal therapy experiences with her background of Thai and Spa Massage treatment traditions.

Thai massage blends stretching and pressure point techniques, and a session with Alexis has a nurturing, full-body effect using primarily myofascial, trigger point, neuro-muscular, hydrotherapy, and range-of-motion modalities.

Crystal is trained in deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, muscle energy techniques, joint mobilizations, hydrotherapy and remedial exercise.

Vilassini Sundar fell in love with the ocean and dove into water sports at a very young age. Vilassini was an Indian National Surfing and Stand-Up Paddle Champion in 2017 & 2019 and had represented her country in two Asian Surfing Championships in 2015 & 2019. She was a Junior National gold medalist in swimming before competitive surfing which paved a path for her to practice as a Sports and Exercise Specialist in Swimming in Dubai, U.A.E. Her passion for Sports led her to pursue Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Hons) in Sports and Exercise Sciences in India. She graduated with her Master’s in Kinesiology (Specialization in High Performance and Clinical Exercise Physiology) at University of Calgary where she also had the opportunity to work as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for Health, Fitness and Performance Course at the Faculty of Kinesiology. Completing a 3000 hour program at Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2012 as a single mother she has been steadfast in growing and learning over the decade in understanding more of the Mind Body Spirit and Energetic Connection. Having life experiences set her in the direction to become a trauma informed therapist to understand the root cause of dis-ease and dys-function. Tannis believes that the body keeps score and guides the client to remember their innate ability to heal, through the body’s own inner wisdom.
